Main Purpose of the Job:

Assist the Actuarial Manager to ensure the delivery of financial results and reports as monthly valuation, business plans and value measures. Manage and improve the financial reporting processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and timely delivery of results.


Key Accountabilities:

* Prepare assumptions documents, methodology guidelines and Prophet change specifications

* Manage financial reports and investigations for review by Financial Reporting Actuary and Chief Actuary

* Prepare summary materials and results summaries in appropriate form for stakeholders

* Review work from senior analyst for consistency, reasonableness, comprehensiveness and sutability for purpose

* Propose and implement improvements to regular financial reporting processes, analyses, reports and documentation


Experience & Qualifications:

* Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary

* At least 3 years experience in Life Insurance

* Experience in valuation and financial reporting

* Good command of written and spoken English
