Management team Colin Trumble

Colin worked for 18 years in senior distribution management in the Insurance industry across 16 countries in Western, Central, Southern and Eastern Europe as well as Asia. He led the turn around of companies in Slovakia, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Moldova and was involved with green field operations in Bulgaria, Romania and Russia. From 2006 Colin has focussed on executive search in the international financial services industry placing senior executive and professionals in Central & Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East, India and US.

Colin’s reputation for honesty, attention to detail, and delivery success is combined with an engagingly dry sense of humour and he has a warmth and likeability that instantly builds trust with clients and candidates alike.

His leisure time is spent as a District Counsellor, doing voluntary work with the Citizens Advice Bureau and being a full time Grandpa.
