We run talent management campaigns in the UK and internationally for our clients.
A talent campaign is a recruitment methodology used by business to build long-term ‘bench strength’ for future hiring and succession planning. We execute an extended period of search over typically a 6 month period targeting specific individuals in named organisations considered as ‘top talent’ in their field.
They are approached confidentially to gain an understanding of their potential interest in a client’s organisation and are invited to be held in a ‘talent pool’ with the intention of being contacted again in the future. The concept is often described as ‘talent on demand’.
