The Position :  REGIONAL CRM MANAGER – WATSONS

Principal Accountabilities
• Develop the Loyalty Card Road Map, and provide strategic and practical support in the implementation.

• Ensure the appropriate reporting & tracking of CRM KPI and supporting in data collection. Improve performance against KPIs, by sharing knowledge, best practice, initiatives that can be tailored across multiple markets.

• Develop campaigns that lead to improvements in customer value in a way that creates synergy in time & cost by combing developments but allows local customization.

• Develop campaigns & activities that improve customer recruitment and retention.

• Working with agencies, both creative, data mining, IT etc. to minimize the duplication of effort and to find ways to reduce cost, and where appropriate look to in-source that knowledge to reduce cost & improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop the future of the member card, to help integrate customer touch points and to find ways to make the customer experience enjoyable and as easy as possible.

• Develop and execute a customer contact strategy *Optimize marketing database, loyalty programmed and implementation of effective CRM strategy.

Key Skills / Experience

University graduate (major in business or statistics-related field)
Minimum five years experience in CRM marketing in any of the following areas: retail, banking, restaurants, telecoms, internet/home shopping and/or retail will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills, communication and strategic approach- quick follow up, ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to various cross functional team
Strong Strategic skills and good financial awareness.
A team player, able to work across levels and multiple organizations
Strong presentation and written communication skills in English.
High energy, creativity, resourcefulness and able to work under pressure
Project Management experience would be helpful
