The Company operates over 2,200 stores in Asia and Europe, and has for the second year running been voted the No. 1 in retail – Pharmacy and Drugstore category of Asia’s top 1,000 brands. • Seize the extraordinary opportunity to help shape a company’s future with CRM and analytics The Position : REGIONAL CRM MANAGER – WATSONS Principal Accountabilities • Ensure the appropriate reporting & tracking of CRM KPI and supporting in data collection. Improve performance against KPIs, by sharing knowledge, best practice, initiatives that can be tailored across multiple markets. • Develop campaigns that lead to improvements in customer value in a way that creates synergy in time & cost by combing developments but allows local customization. • Develop campaigns & activities that improve customer recruitment and retention. • Working with agencies, both creative, data mining, IT etc. to minimize the duplication of effort and to find ways to reduce cost, and where appropriate look to in-source that knowledge to reduce cost & improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Develop the future of the member card, to help integrate customer touch points and to find ways to make the customer experience enjoyable and as easy as possible. • Develop and execute a customer contact strategy *Optimize marketing database, loyalty programmed and implementation of effective CRM strategy. Key Skills / Experience University graduate (major in business or statistics-related field)
