Context
The Dalmore is the world’s 3rd fastest growing single malt whisky and operates within the luxury goods sector.
The Global Brand Manager will be responsible for the implementation of brand projects on time, on budget, in full and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities

Preparation of country specific marketing plans for priority markets.

Manage and implement brand activation and development initiatives as proposed by the Head of Brand.

Liaison with priority international markets to ensure coordination of brand activity across markets and that country specific activity is consistent with brand positioning.

Reporting of brand performance and progress of key initiatives to Head of Brand.

Monitor quality of product, packaging and POS materials; ensuring visible perfection at all times.

Ability to show luxury brand building skills in every piece of work produced

Ensure adequate provision of appropriate sales tools for internal and distributor sales teams.

Project management of NPD across cross functional workgroups / agencies.

Administration of strategic marketing budget

Ability to communicate, educate and enthuse a global network of brand champions – both across the trade and consumers

Ensure that the Dalmore is category leading in its digital offer and strategy (spanning E-CRM and E-Commerce), both amongst other whisky brands and luxury lifestyle brands.

Work with Distillery Ambassador to drive footfall and increased spend at the DVC

Experience
Graduate, business / marketing qualification (2.1 Hons +)
Brands marketing experience, ideally within the drinks or luxury sector
Experience working in a small but growing business where one needs to be fleet of foot and be able to multi-task efficiently.
